Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or subscribing to Rent the Market (“the Service”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at rentthemarkets.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. About the Service

Rent the Market is a private educational trading community that provides access to a members-only Discord server, market analysis, educational content, and trading strategy resources focused on options and futures trading.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content provided by Rent the Market is strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in our Discord server, in our emails, or in any other communication constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

  • We are not a registered investment advisor
  • We are not a broker-dealer
  • We are not a financial planner or fiduciary
  • Past performance discussed in this community is not indicative of future results
  • Trading options and futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors
  • You may lose more than your initial investment
  • Always consult a licensed financial professional before making any trading decisions

By joining Rent the Market you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own trading decisions.

4. Membership & Subscriptions

4.1 Tiers

We offer two membership tiers — The Tenant ($97/month or $931/year) and The Landlord ($197/month or $1,891/year). Features of each tier are described on our website and are subject to change.

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis via Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly or annual basis until you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

4.4 Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error contact support@rentthemarkets.com.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Discord Access

Upon successful payment your Discord role will be assigned automatically. Access to the Discord server is tied to your active subscription. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled your Discord access will be revoked. You are responsible for providing a valid Discord User ID at checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

By joining our community you agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute any content from Rent the Market
  • Share your Discord invite link or membership access with non-members
  • Post spam, solicitations, or self-promotional content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff
  • Share anyone's personal or financial information without consent
  • Attempt to manipulate or defraud other members
  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or discriminatory
  • Screenshot or share private member conversations outside the server

Violations may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Rent the Market — including but not limited to market analysis, educational materials, strategy guides, trade commentary, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rent the Market. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees

We make no guarantees of profit, trading success, or specific results. Any examples of trades or returns discussed in the community are not typical and should not be expected.

8.2 Third Party Platforms

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third party platforms including Discord, Stripe, or any broker or trading platform you use.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rent the Market shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses incurred as a result of content consumed within the community.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or any reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the community. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email.
